At Perfect Host, we specialise in the comprehensive management of tourist accommodation, offering a professional and friendly service that allows owners to maximise the profitability of their properties without complications.

Check-In
We take care of the police record before the arrival of the guest.
We deliver the keys in person or remotely via a smart lock.

Cleaning and laundry
CleaningWe have our own highly qualified staff to maintain order and cleanliness to the maximum, we follow an internal protocol of cleaning standards to accumulate the highest positive ratings and a better positioning.
LaundryWe have a premium service of disinfection, washing and ironing of all the textiles in the flat.

Inventory
On the first visits, once we receive the keys, we make an exhaustive and complete inventory of all the belongings and elements contained in the property. This inventory is reviewed and checked when each guest checks out.

Booking management
We manage reservations in a personalised way, so that we always look for the facilities and greater flexibility for the guest.
UNANSWERED MESSAGES
This is not our case, as we have a system of programmed messages and a qualified customer service team to make the guest feel supported throughout their booking.
ENQUIRIES
Our policy follows the guidelines of the most important platforms. We do not discriminate between sex, gender, nationality, race, etc; but we do carry out a filter to choose the most recommendable guests.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
We prevent guests from cancelling their booking as much as possible, we provide them with alternatives and personalised attention, the guest experience starts with the booking request.
Our cancellation policy is <> with the Non-Refundable option they receive a 10% discount in return we secure the booking.

Price dynamisation
We update and dynamise the prefixes and rates according to multiple factors: according to the season, holidays, events, congresses, fairs, etc.
REVIEWS
The better the reviews, the more willing the guest will be to pay a higher price.
LOCATION
It is a determining factor in price setting.
PROFESSIONALISM IN ADVERTISING
It is decisive in the pricing strategy
SEASON
Depending on the season, prices may be higher than at other times of the year. A practical example is Seville during the April fair or Valencia during the summer season.

Profile management
Our management is honest, you will know at all times how it is being executed. We will be there to advise you and make your profile as attractive as possible.
CALENDAR
You will be able to keep up to date with the calendar in real time from your profile.
SERVICES
We make sure that they are up to date in the listing.
CLEANING COSTS
The costs paid by the guest are included in the total amount of the booking and are allocated by Perfect Host according to our criteria.
HOUSE RULES
The Perfect Host rules are basic rules of civility, but we can always add rules upon request.
LATE CHECK-IN
There is an additional charge for the guest, which will not be for the owner but only for the Perfect Host overnight service.
CONVERSATIONS WITH GUESTS
The owner does not have access to the conversations because of the current data protection law.

Maintenance
We solve any problems that may arise either before, during or after the guest's stay, subject to the owner's approval, thus guaranteeing your peace of mind.

This is the area in charge of integrating new properties, profile management, etc.
COMMUNICATION
This is our most important area, where we manage reservations, cancellations, communication with the guest, check-in/out, etc.

This is the area of managing our relationship with suppliers (cleaning, laundry and maintenance services).
